Sucralose is a chlorinated derivative of sucrose, commonly used as a low-calorie, high-intensity artificial sweetener. It is approximately 600 times sweeter than sucrose (table sugar), allowing it to be used in very small quantities to provide the sweetness found in traditional sugar.

Solubility: Easily soluble in water, ethanol and methanol. The solubility in water increases with the increase of temperature. At 20℃, its solubility in water is about 28.2g/100mL.
